Relation Between CC/Power/Torque/RPM
What is cc/Litre/cubic inches
It all is a unit of engine displacement. It is always expressed using the metric units of Cubic Centimeters (cc or cm3), equivalent to millilitre (ml), or Litres (l).
Up until the early 1980s, engines were measured in Cubic inches.
Unit Conversion:
1000 cc =1000 cm3 = 1 Litre
1 Litre = 61.023 cubic inches
For Example:
Maruti suzuki Swift = 1197cc
1197 cc = 1.9 Litre = 73.04 cubic inch
Ferrari 812 Superfast = 6.496 Litre
6.496 Litre = 6496 cc = 396.410 cubic inch

CC & HP & Torque
For Example:
Petrol Engine Engine (cc) | 1.4L turbo GDI 1493 |
Max Power | 113bhp |
Max Torque | 250Nm |
But some time the vehicle which have same engine size have different HP and Torque
For Example:
1,670-cc engine. That’s two cylinders of 835 cc each. With a bore 97 mm across and a stroke length of 113 mm, the 97-mm. it made 90 PS at 4,750 RPM, and 150 Nm of torque at 3,750 RPM.
1,679-cc engine, with four cylinders each displacing roughly 420 cc. Here, the bore is 90 mm wide and the stroke is 66 mm. 200 PS comes at 9,000 RPM, and 166.8 Nm comes at 6,500 RPM
Above example shows with the same engine displacement, The HP and Torque may be differ.
