Career Path or Organization Structure of An Automobile Dealership (Sales And Service)

Dealerships are also known as Sales and Aftersales (Service) center of any automobile vehicle like Car, Bus, Bike, Auto Etc.

Once a vehicle is ready at the assembly plant (manufacturing plant), it delivered to its designated dealership for sales.

Now the dealerships are responsible for the Sales and Service of that vehicles.

 Every dealership has different departments and every departments has their own designated employee so here we will try to discuss different departments and the responsible of employee.

Any dealerships are generally divided into two parts-

1- Sales

2- Aftersales Or Service

We will disuses both of the department separately.

1- Sales

Sales apartment are responsible or sales and dispatch of new vehicle of the customer. Here there is structure of sales department of any dealerships-

2- Aftersales Or Service

Aftersales department is responsible for to take of after sales problems like- Service, Maintenance, Major or Minor Repair Accidental repair and Parts.
